When it comes to recruiting staff, the consultants at Legal & Accounting Recruitment like to start with the end in mind – in other words, we want to recruit the best person for your vacancy, a person that will stay with you for a good period of time and enhance your business prospects.

Where we can, we like to meet up with you to get a better understanding of you, your firm, the position on offer and the team that the new person would become a part of.

When we have this information we can then make recommendations on the type of recruitment approach that suits the situation

• The level of the recruitment

There are Four Aspects to any of our recruitment campaigns and we leave the choice of the combination of approaches to our individual clients:

• We would always initially recommend searching our current database of candidates as we have significant volumes of legal and accounting personnel at all levels who contact us regularly.
• We can exclusively work alongside you as your HR Advisor and conduct a search combined with an advertising campaign on your behalf (and any discounts we can arrange are passed on to you). This is a particularly effective approach if you are looking to hire in an area where the type of candidates are in short supply.
• We can also do an informal search of individuals we know are in the market using our considerable, specialist knowledge.
• We can use our own advertising and marketing methods in combination with our website.

All applicants are thoroughly screened and we would submit details only of those individuals that we felt were the most suitable fit for your position.

The interview process is co-ordinated by us and we retain regular and effective contact with both parties through this time to ensure that all expectations are fully clarified.

We can advise at the offer stage and through to acceptance. We can provide samples of offer letters if required.
